Purpose
Keep an accurate record of each CPD learning activity, its relevance to your practice, and the hours completed during your revalidation period.
Current NMC expectation
The NMC requires 35 hours of relevant CPD over three years, including at least 20 participatory hours, and requires accurate records containing the listed information. Its CPD log template is recommended rather than mandatory.
